Agreement to Terms

By booking a service or program with Georgia Lake Sports & Rentals LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. 

Age Requirements

Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent and emergency contact information prior to participation. Adult supervision is required for all minors unless otherwise specified in the program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before your booking date will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before your booking date will receive a 50% refund

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your booking date are non-refundable

  • In the event we must cancel a session due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date

Code of Conduct

Georgia Lakesports is a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. By participating, you agree to the following:

  • No alcohol or controlled substances are permitted during any Georgia Lakesports program or on any partnered property

  • No verbal or physical altercations of any kind will be tolerated

  • No threatening, aggressive, or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staff

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Georgia Lakesports programs involve outdoor and water activities including but not limited to wake surfing, kayaking, fishing, archery, hiking, and other physical programming. Participation in all activities is voluntary.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that: 

​

  • You participate in full activities at your own risk

  • Georgia Lake Sports & Rentals LLC, and their staff, organizers, and affiliates assume no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation in any program or activity

  • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, physical limitations, or allergies that may affect your participation

  • All participants are expected to maintain respectful boundaries with fellow participants and staff at all times

A separate liability waiver will be required prior to participation in water activities. Failure to sign the waiver will result in forfeiture of your booking without a refund.

Photography & Media Release

Georgia Lakesports may capture photos and videos during programs including drone photography. By participating you grant Georgia Lake Sports & Rentals LLC permission to use images and footage in which you may appear for promotional and marketing purposes.

A separate photo release form will be provided prior to participation. If you have specific concerns regarding your image, please contact us before your session.

Dietary & Medical Information

We collect dietary restrictions and allergy information during booking and make every reasonable effort to accommodate them. However, Georgia Lakesports cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants with severe allergies are responsible for taking appropriate percautions.

Changes to Programming

We reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, or programming at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for schedule modifications.

In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled entirely by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
